Landsharktactical was started in 2004. The goal of the company is to provide quality gear for IDPA and 3gun competition as well as tactical and self-defense use. Some people ask if I had been a Navy Seal because of the company logo. The answer to that, No, I served my country for six years as a paratrooper in the 82 nd Airborne Division. As for the company name; I was on break at my airline job when I saw a plane land that was painted like a shark. I thought to myself that it look like a land shark as it taxied along the runway.
